By accessing or using ImageStripper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ImageStripper provides tools for removing metadata and applying visual obfuscation to image files. We offer both free ("Standard") and paid ("Premium") service tiers.

3. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. ImageStripper does not claim any rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You agree not to use the Service to process:

• Illegal content or material that violates child safety laws.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Malicious code or files designed to damage our infrastructure.

4. Auto-Deletion Policy

To protect user privacy, ImageStripper automatically and permanently deletes all uploaded and processed images from its servers after 1 hour. It is your responsibility to download your processed images within this timeframe. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from this policy.

5. Subscription & Payments

Premium features are available via a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ImageStripper is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the unintended disclosure of metadata or loss of data.
